Description/Blazon
100th Division Band Mace

Symbolism
The fleur-de-lis, powder horn and century plant, major design elements of the Division's distinctive unit insignia, are depicted on the front of the mace head and the baldric.  The numerical designation on the baldric with numerals horizontally divided white and yellow on a blue background is suggested by the shoulder sleeve insignia of the 100th Division.  The colors blue and white (silver) refer to the Division's historic Infantry service.  On the top of the mace head, the encircled segments of three fleurs-de-lis denote the organization's three World War II campaign honors for service in Europe.  "CENTURY DIVISION" is the traditional designation of the 100th Division.
